Success for students at the Mark Farnham Schools of Tae Kwon-Do

Students from the Holbeach, Long Sutton and Spalding schools of Mark Farnham Tae Kwon-Do have been successful at a colour belt grading examination.

The gradings are conducted by ninth dan Tae Kwon-Do grand masters from around the country who each have more than 50 years experience in the martial art.

To take part in a grading a student needs to have worked for an allotted time and be up to a good standard for the grade they are taking.

Students all start at white belt and work though yellow, green, blue and red grades until they are ready to aim for their black belts.

Gradings were held at the Discovery Centre in King's Lynn and started with a one hour training session where the student ran through the requirements for their grading and then they take part in their session.

The schools achieved a 100 percent pass rate as all students gained good grades in front of examiner Ron Sergiew.
