Spalding United travel to Stourbridge in the Southern League Premier Division Central
Spalding United will be aiming to avoid a fourth successive away defeat when they travel to Stourbridge on Saturday.
The Tulips have lost their last three away games in the Southern League Premier Division Central after defeats at Banbury, Leiston and Bishop's Stortford.
They also need to avoid defeat to prevent 10th-placed Stourbridge from moving above the Tulips in the league table as Jimmy Dean's side look to complete a league double over the Glassboys following their 2-1 home success in January.
The Spalding boss said: "I rate Liam McDonald as much as any manager in this league.
"They were in a tough moment when they came to Spalding and it's probably flipped a little bit.
"They'd had good form before the weekend and it's going to be a really difficult game on a tricky playing surface.
"We've lost the last three away games on the bounce and I'm saying that so myself and the players have got something to turn around and prove wrong.
"We will try and prepare on Thursday night and hopefully get a positive result on Saturday."
Stourbridge were beaten 3-1 by play-off chasing Halesowen at the weekend in a derby which attracted a crowd of more than 3,000.
Spalding were 2-1 home winners over Redditch United after goals from Jason Law and James Clifton.
It was Law's first goal since joining the club on loan from Scunthorpe United and manager Dean feels both he and Dion Sembie-Ferris are improving with every game for the club.
He added: "Jason has been training but he hasn't really played for five months so he is getting sharper.
"Dion looks at it now. He's worked really hard to get to this point and I thought he looked sharp as a razor on Saturday.
"The only thing that he didn't get was a goal because he deserved one."
Deeping Rangers will be targeting a second successive positive result in the United Counties League Premier Division North on Saturday.
The Clarets host Gresley Rovers having beaten Kimberley Miners Welfare last weekend.
It moved them out of the relegation zone ahead of Saturday's home clash with the Derbyshire side who are just one place and one point above Deeping in the table.
Holbeach head to FC Parson Drove in Division One North of the Thurlow Nunn League while Pinchbeck have a home match against Dussindale and Hellesdon.
