Neighbours in Ketton won't let the coronavirus lockdown get in the way of a good natter.
Some residents of Bartles Hollow have been hosting social distance coffee mornings in the street to keep in touch.
For the last two Fridays around 14 people from eight households have gathered on garden furniture to have a chat and enjoy some face to face contact with people outside of their own homes - all at a safe distance, of course.
Ges Riley believes it's a great way to boost morale during the lockdown.
She said: "There's a lot of community spirit in the village so this is a nice way to continue that.
"It's lovely to see people and connect with them.
"The virus is a terrible thing but it has also brought out that great British spirit."
