Bin collections in Swinstead and South Witham rescheduled

Bin collections affected by the snow have been rescheduled.

The usual black bin collection did not happen today (Monday) in Swinstead and South Witham. South Kesteven District Council said this was due to bin lorries not being able to access some roads safety in snowy conditions.

The council will attempt to empty the bins again tomorrow (Tuesday).
