Bourne Recycling Centre to stay open during second national lockdown
Bourne Recycling Centre is to remain open during the second national lockdown.
A compulsory booking system was introduced when the site reopened in the summer following the initial lockdown, and will continue to operate.
To book a slot, you must live within Lincolnshire and bring proof of your address or entry to the South Fen Road site will be refused.
The centre is open from Friday to Tuesday.
Black-bagged general waste, plastic and mattresses, plasterboard and bulky waste, such as carpets and sofas, can only be taken on Sundays and Mondays, while garden waste, wood and glass, soil and hardcore is restriucted to Tuesdays, Fridays and Saturdays.
Rutland County Council has yet to confirm any changes to their recycling centre openings.
