Bellway announces start date for building 62 homes in Oakham

Builders will start work a on 62-home development in Oakham next month.

Bellway has planning permission to build the homes on land at Barleywoods off Braunston Road.

Work will start in November and the company hopes to complete it by spring 2023.

The site will include 43 three, four and five-bedroom houses for private sale and 19 affordable properties.
