Oakham estate agency James Sellicks moves to bigger premises
An estate agency has relocated to bigger premises.
James Sellicks is moving from the corner of Mill Street and Catmos Street in Oakham to a building in Market Place.
Valuer Henry Burgess said: “We have had a fantastic last few years and we are looking forward to putting down some established roots in this great county.
"We have some exciting plans for the business in the years ahead and we need space to expand and grow.
"When the opportunity arose to move into an office that placed us in the centre of the town with the extra space we were needing, it was an easy decision to make.
"2019 has been our busiest and best year to date and we are looking forward to even better success in 2020 in our wonderful new building."
The business will be moving this month to the former Santander premises.
During the relocation the staff will continue to be available for current and prospective clients with as little disruption to services as possible.
