Café Black in Stamford up for sale with Oakham-based LLH Solutions

A town centre café has been put on the market.

Café Black in Stamford is up for sale for £125,000.

Husband and wife Paul Anthony Burke and Lenka Krsiankova-Burke took over Café Black in early 2022 after being customers for many years.

However, they are now looking to sell the business, which operates out of the building on the corner of Ironmonger Street and Stamford High Street.

A spokesman for Oakham-based LLH Solutions, which is marketing the cafe, described it as an opportunity to own a successful business with a positive reputation.

He added: “It is a centre piece in the town in a superb location.

“Footfall effectively comes from all directions - you couldn’t be more central in Stamford High Street.”

A lease for the building is currently in place with annual rent costing £27,000 paid quarterly.
