Pregnant bride-to-be asks for help to find missing engagement ring

A bride-to-be is calling for help to find her engagement ring.

Becky Steele had been shopping at Aldi in Oakham on Tuesday evening when she realised it was missing.

She had arrived home in Barleythorpe at 5.15pm and only left the house to go to the supermarket, so it went missing sometime between then and 7.30pm.

At 38-weeks pregnant, Becky has been wearing the ring on her little finger.

She said: "Pregnancy has made my hands swell so that was the only finger that it fitted on.

"I’m absolutely gutted and just want to find it."

The ring is a white gold band with a square diamond.

Becky is expecting her first child, a boy, with fiancé Pete Thomas on June 11 and the wedding is booked for May 23 next year in Cottesmore.
