Rutland Showground Car Boot cancelled

A car boot held at Rutland Showground has been cancelled until further notice.

In a Facebook post, Tom Mumby of the Rutland Showground Car Boot told customers that due to 'unforeseen circumstances' the team has been advised to suspend all future car boots at the site in Oakham.

He said: "I’d like to thank the Rutland Showground for all your support you have given me and my team, and for allowing us to create something good for the community; if only for a short while.

"I’d also like to thank the stallholders and public that came.

"It’s been an absolute delight hosting you."
