Country Court bosses give care packages to staff at Tallington Lodge Care Home and Rose Lodge Care Home in Market Deeping
Care home bosses have handed out care packages to staff to show their appreciation for everyone's hard work.
Key workers at Tallington Lodge Care Home and Rose Lodge Care Home in Market Deeping each received a hamper of food, drink and basic provisions.
They were put together by the Kachra family, the owners of Country Court which runs 32 care homes and manages 2,000 members of staff.
Chief executive officer Alykhan Kachra said: “These are very challenging times for everyone in our homes.
"Coping with the unprecedented changes to everyday life is difficult enough and we have been humbled by the great strength people have shown turning up to the workplace and taking on the additional responsibility of keeping our residents safe every single day.
“As the pressure on buying everyday goods has increased, we see our teams across the company struggling to strike a balance between delivering their part in the overall care service and adapting at home.
"We hope that this will go some way to making life a little bit easier for them”.
The packages contain toilet roll, dried and tinned goods and hand sanitiser.
Company chairman Abdul Kachra said: “We are a family business and our staff are very much part of our extended family.
"We wanted to do something to acknowledge all of them for all the hard work, compassion and dedication that they show every day in our homes."
Country Court has homes spread across the UK including Brighton and York.
The care packages were put together and distributed by a group of volunteers from the company's head office in Peterborough and the owners of nearby fitness studio Elevate.
Tallington Lodge Care Home has also been supported by Morrisons in Stamford.
Community champion Jason Hardstaff delivered a selection of Easter eggs for staff on Saturday.
