Rutland County Council phone line opening hours have changed
Rutland County Council is updating the opening hours for its customer services phone line.
From today (Tuesday June 1) staff will be available from 9am to 12.30pm, and 2pm to 5pm from Monday to Thursday.
On Fridays, the times are 9am to 12.30pm and 2pm to 4.30pm.
The frequency of phone calls the council receives before 9am has reduced and so staff will spend time before 9am responding to enquiries received by online channels and email.
To contact Rutland County Council customer services during opening hours call 01572 722 577 or email enquiries@rutland.gov.uk.
The emergency number for when the council offices are closed is 01858 464 499.
The offices are not open for walk-in enquiries because the site is being used as a vaccination centre.
However, face-to-face appointments can be made for help with serious problems such as homelessness or domestic abuse.
Rutland residents and business can also access many services at any time by visiting www.rutland.gov.uk/online.
