Vicky and The Rev Stephen Buckman are walking the Camino pilgrim route to raise money for National Autistic society and The Benefice of Corby Glen




Parish priest, The Rev Stephen Buckman and his wife, headteacher of Stamford High School, Vicky, are walking the final phase of the Camino pilgrimage route to Santiago de Compostela.

Between October 22 and 29 the couple will walk just over 100 km through northern Spain.

The Rev Stephen said: "It's one I'd always wanted to do."

They are aiming to raise £2,000 for the Corby Glen group of parishes and the National Autistic Society.

This is an important charity for them because both their children suffer from the effects of autism.

The couple have already raised £960 through their JustGiving page.
