Danceathon raises £1,800 in memory of Ketton teenager Sonny Ferry
A dancer clocked up 63,419 steps and raised £1,800 for charity when she hosted a 24-hour danceathon.
Dance instructor Hayleigh Lockwood Twose hosted the event in memory of her cousin Sonny Ferry who drowned during a night out in York.
The teenager's family want to raise £45,000 to buy a new lifeboat.
The Oakham event featured drop-in classes as well as Hayleigh and her friend Leanne Murphy dancing continually for 24 hours.
She said: "It was brilliant. I'm so grateful to Leanne for supporting me and to everyone who came."
