eParaplan Connect in Tinwell near Stamford to expand which will create jobs




A finance service business is set to expand which will create another 16 jobs in the next year.

eParaplan Connect, in Tinwell, is planning to expand to meet the needs of of financial service providers.

Founder and owner of the firm, Michelle Wilson-Stimson, said: “We need more people in order to support the increased number of clients who are coming to us, as well as to develop new services and expand on the packages that we offer.”

A compliance arm, customer services department and marketing will be set up as part of the expansion.

The firm, which has 20 employees at the moment, provides essential tools and services in paraplanning, including administration, client servicing, report writing, team and practice management. The firm won Peterborough Professional Service Small Business of the Year and the Peterborough Small Business of the Year last year.

Michelle founded eParaplan Connect in 2005 and worked on her own until 2013, when she employed staff to grow the business further.

The company’s aim is to make the work of financial advisers easier and sometimes, remove the need.
