Glastonburghley music festival returns to The Lord Burghley in Stamford
A music festival will return to Stamford for the sixth time next weekend.
Glastonburghley brings together local bands at The Lord Burghley for a fantastic day of entertainment in aid of a good cause.
Musician Paul Hemmings first hosted the event in 2013 after being inspired by the national story of Stephen Sutton's battle with cancer.
Since then the event has raised £10,000 for charity.
This year's acts include The Money Shot, Indigo Child, The Lounge, Manky Beds, Listen Like Thieves, Hop Dogs, Ages, The Empty Pages, Tabby and Nick Harding. There will also be open mic slots.
Paul said: "With a line up of old favourites and new debut acts, it promises to be a brilliant day out. This year's charity is MindSpace. We are looking forward to supporting them and the helping hand they give people in Stamford."
The event is on Saturday, August 10 from 1pm until late. Admission is free but donations welcome.
The Bakers Dozen brewery has donated two barrels of Champion of Britain beer with proceeds going to MindSpace.
