“I’m absolutely ecstatic that we have though. I was genuinely gutted when we didn’t win last year but I thought I would give it another go and I am so glad I have.

“It was such a rush when our name was called. For us, it’s like winning an Oscar!”

Joy Plummer, from Hegarty judged the category.

Speaking on stage, Joy said: “The winner has shown impressive growth and expansion since inception with a solid business plan for development in the future.

“We are particularly impressed with how they have adapted the business during what has been a difficult 18 months with clear, identifiable and achievable goals for the future.”

Tom said: “It means so much for us to have this kind of local recognition, especially for the type of company we are. A lot of people wouldn’t think it’s a very exciting company to work for but we are pleased with what the judges recognised about us and our plans for the future. It certainly looks brighter now!”
