Boy nearly drowns at Tallington Lakes swimming pool
A four-year-old boy was taken to hospital after nearly drowning at Tallington Lakes swimming pool.
The boy, who was visiting the leisure park on August 26 with family, jumped into the outdoor pool.
He then got into difficulty for a matter of seconds before his two sisters pulled him out.
Due to concerns that the child was near to drowning he was given CPR and resuscitation, which he fully responded to, before being taken by ambulance to Peterborough City Hospital.
A report is being prepared by the police regarding the health and safety at the swimming pool.
