From field to fork at Market Deeping’s Iron Horse Ranch House

Market Deeping’s Iron Horse Ranch House has been working hard for the past six months to bring local food into its kitchen.

The popular restaurant has been sourcing local ingredients to use in its dishes to gain 100 per cent traceability.

Some of the suppliers include Hambleton Bakery in Rutland, Toft Farm and Groovy Foods in Bourne and S A Rowbottom Farm in Spalding.

Iron Horse is thrilled to be working with local farms and is excited to launch brand new menus to showcase its fantastic ingredients.
