Latest covid figures for South Kesteven and Rutland

Two further covid deaths have sadly been recorded in Rutland.
Figures show that two further people have died from covid in the county, bringing the number of fatalities in Rutland within 28 days of a positive test to 89.
The number of people taking covid tests has increased slightly with 1,101 taken.
Government figures show 26 positive tests have been recorded in the county.
This brings the total number of cases throughout the whole of the pandemic to 11,841.
In South Kesteven 94 cases have been recorded in the past seven days bringing the total up to 45,316 throughout the pandemic.
No further deaths have been recorded in South Kesteven, with the total remaining at 358.
