Visiting restrictions at Stamford, Peterborough and Hinchingbrooke Hospitals will be lifted on Friday (August 6)
A drop in Covid-19 rates locally means patients will be allowed to have visitors once again.
Some rules will remain in place across the three sites to help keep people safe.
Chief medical officer, Dr Kanchan Rege, said: “We are pleased to gradually lift our visiting restrictions once again. We do not make these decisions lightly, and need to focus upon maintaining a safe environment for our staff, visitors and patients who are vulnerable to Covid-19.
"To do this we need everyone to follow the rules that we have in place when coming to our hospital sites, with enforced social distancing, mask-wearing, using the hand sanitising stations and following the signage that we have installed across our sites."
Visitors are encouraged to take lateral flow tests twice a week.
Other guidelines include limiting visitors to one person per patient per day on non-covid wards. The visits should be booked in advance during allocated hours. These will be 1-2pm for patients in odd numbered beds, 3-4pm for those in even numbered beds and 3-4pm for those in side rooms.
In other hospital areas, only one person can accompany a patient to the emergency department, two people can visit end-of-life patients and a visiting parent can join a resident parents on the children's ward.
One carer can accompany an adult patient in exceptional circumstances, such as those with learning disabilities or anxiety.
Outpatients should attend alone.
