Deeping St James man admits drug dealing and possession of criminal property after police raid




A man has admitted drug dealing and possession of criminal property following a warrant executed at a home in Deeping St James.

Police officers searched the property on Millfield Road on Wednesday, June 24, and recovered a "quantity of substance believed to be a class A drug" and a "significant amount of cash".

Local man Michael Forsythe, 38, was charged with possession with intent to supply and possession of criminal property.

He pleaded guilty to the charges at Lincoln Magistrates Court yesterday (Thursday, June 25), and will be sentenced on July 27.

Two further men, aged 26 and 38, were arrested and released under investigation.

Temporary detective chief inspector Mike Parsons, of Lincolnshire Police, said: “This is a continuation of enforcement action that we are taking in the North and South Kesteven area. We would like to thank the public for their ongoing cooperation and support.”
