Stamford man Tom Klambro sentenced for fraud at Lincoln Crown Court
A man was spared an immediate jail sentence after he admitted making fraudulent label refunds.
Tom Klambro, of Edgar Gardens, Stamford, was committed for sentence at Lincoln Crown Court after pleading guilty to a charge of fraud by false representation.
Under the 2006 Fraud Act, it was stated that Klambro made fraudulent refunds for spoilt labels between 2020 and 2022.
Klambro, 35, appeared at Lincoln Crown Court on Tuesday where recorder David Allan sentenced him to 20 months imprisonment suspended for two years.
The sentence means Klambro could be jailed for 20 months if he commits any other offences or fails to comply with the terms of his court order in the next two years.
Klambro will also be subjected to alcohol abstinence monitoring for 120 days and must complete five rehabilitation days.
A victim surcharge collection order was also made.
