Mind Data start-up, founded by Stamford entrepreneur, appoints former Salesforce vice-president in global strategy
An award-winning start-up is looking to go global after expanding its team.
Mental health technology business Mind Data has brought in former vice-president of American company Salesforce, Simon Short, as its new board advisor.
Simon has an extensive background in technology and leadership roles with Vodafone and Capgemini.
Mind Data CEO Sean Ruane, from Stamford, believes it marks a ‘pivotal step’.
He said: “His expertise in business to business and customer experience is invaluable as we expand our reach to professional sports teams and academic institutions, ensuring our technology makes a tangible difference."
Sean, from Stamford, founded Mind Data, a digital platform for mental health services, after his own battle with suicidal depression.
He hopes the appointment, alongside former Clear Review CEO Stuart Hearn, will help them ‘transform mental health practices on a global scale’.
