Deeping Lakes to feature in new Art Pop-Up project with Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust

An artist will explore the beauty of Deeping Lakes nature reserve this summer.

Emily Bowers has joined a partnership with Art Pop-Up and the Lincolnshire Wildlife Trust.

It will provide opportunities for people to develop a creative response to the space with free workshops, walks and talks.

Emily said: “What really stuck me about Deeping Lakes is that before you even get out of your car, you know you are somewhere special just from the amount of natural sound. You feel transported to somewhere completely different.

"I can't wait to spend time here soaking it all in, learning the stories of the creatures and plants that live here, and about how this safe space for nature has been made possible.

"There is a lot of magic to be discovered and stories to be shared.”
