Stamford Target Shooting Club is officially launched

A new target shooting club has been set up in Stamford.

The Stamford Target Shooting Club was officially launched by mayor of Stamford, Coun Breda Griffin at the Borderville Sports Centre last Thursday (July 11) evening.

Sarah Firth, chairman of the club, said: "We first met in April and it's part of a development programme to set up clubs where people don't have to travel more than 10 miles to their nearest club."
