Adam Frost, said: "Each month the chat turns to nature, seasonal gardening and an insight into what has got us thinking that month from the form of a book of the month from Jez and an album of the month from me."

The podcast came about when Adam and Jez were overheard messing around at a workshop and it was suggested their chat would make for a good listen.

Jez Rose, said: "When I first met Adam we connected immediately because of our united love for nature and the impact it has on human health, wellbeing and behaviour.

"It helps that we have a similar sense of humour, too!"

He added:"Much of our monthly chat is about the things that first brought us together: nature, honeybees and gardening – and how those things are so fundamentally linked to being human.”

The podcast covers everything from garden design to planting for pollinators and from practical monthly jobs to bee keeping.

They share their insights, experiences and also provide answers to listeners’ questions.

The Roots, Wings & Other Things podcast is available free on iTunes and Spotify.
