Former Prezzo restaurant sold to private developer

Barker Storey Matthews has confirmed the sale of the freehold of the former Prezzo restaurant in Stamford to a private developer.

Acting on behalf of a private owner, the three storey Grade II Listed former chain-restaurant in All Saints Place, had only been marketed by the commercial property agent since
May.

Barker Storey Matthews said the new owner plans to convert the upper parts to residential use, with a view to retaining and re-letting for restaurant use at ground floor level once the building has been re-configured and building works
completed.
