Prospective students don hard hats to tour Harington School

Prospective students took part in a two-day induction programme at Harington School in Oakham last week.

Students from a variety of feeder schools – who hope to gain admission to Year 12 this September - had an opportunity to meet Harington’s teachers and engage in taster lessons in their chosen A-level subjects.

They also donned hard hats to tour the new Harington building, construction of which is well underway, and enjoyed a barbecue afterwards.Photo: Alan Walters
