Reader calls for help identifying mystery moth

A reader has asked for help identifying a colourful moth he spotted at home.

Ian Dair, from Carlby, sent in the above picture of the moth.

He said: “No doubt someone amongst your readers can identify the fascinating and lovely creature (some kind of moth, I think) which I found on the wall of my house.”
