Oakham hair salon could be knocked down

A hairdressing salon could be knocked down to make way for a house.

A planning application has been submitted to Rutland County Council for the Strandz premises in Cold Overton Road, Oakham.

The owner is seeking permission for a three-bedroom property so potential buyers have the option of developing the site.
