The team of volunteers operates 24/7, assisting Lincolnshire Police with finding missing people and helping with emergency response during major incidents such as severe weather events.

Emma Heaysman, a volunteer for Search and Rescue Lincolnshire, said: “We are incredibly grateful to Defibshop for this donation.

“Having a defibrillator with us on deployments is a huge boost to our operational readiness and gives us greater confidence when responding to emergencies.”

The defibrillator not only increases the safety of those they serve but also protects the volunteers themselves if they were to ever need one while working.
