Owner of Bombay Cottage and former Stamford Endowed School teacher elected onto South Kesteven District Council

A former teacher and a restaurant owner have been elected onto South Kesteven District Council.
Habib Rahman (Lib Dem), owner of the Bombay Cottage, received the most votes in the Stamford All Saints’ ward.
He was followed by retired Stamford School teacher Max Sawyer (Ind).
Coin Rahman pledges to campaign for more parking and safer neighbourhoods while Coun Sawyer will make Stamford's interests his priority.
