Bourne Snooker Centre wins more time to pay off tax debt
A spokesman for Bourne Snooker Centre has played down a court appearance during which extra time was granted to pay a tax debt.
A representative from the centre in Cherry Holt Road appeared at the High Court in London on Wednesday last week over a debt of about £250,000 owed to HM Revenue and Customs.
Judge Mark Mullen granted an extra 28 days, until March 11, for the debt to be paid.
This week a spokesman for Bourne Snooker Centre said: "There's nothing at all to say. It's irrelevant and a private matter."
