Frozen characters Elsa and Olaf make an appearance at the Wing Harvest Scarecrow Trail in Rutland
Villagers have showed off their creative talents by making a series of storybook scarecrows for a harvest trail.
Wing resident Gloria Whight came up with the idea of hosting a Harvest Scarecrow Trail around the village.
The aim was to bring people together for a community event which could be held safely during the pandemic.
Entrants were given the theme of children's storybook characters.
The scarecrows included traditional favourites like Rupert the Bear and the Wizard of Oz along with Disney favourites Elsa and Olaf.
They were displayed around the village over the weekend.
A map of the scarecrows and children's quiz were put together to help guide visitors round the scarecrows and add to the fun.
Villager Carolyn Comben said: "We were overwhelmed by the number and originality of the scarecrows and it was lovely to see how much people enjoyed walking around our lovely village looking at them.
"There was a steady flow of visitors of all ages with lots of positive comments saying how much people had enjoyed viewing the exhibits."
Villagers have already expressed an interest in hosting the event again next year.
