A cafe in Stamford has closed until Thursday (July 29) as a safety precaution.

A member of staff at Central Cafe and Tearooms in Red Lion Square, Stamford, has tested positive for Covid-19.

Hasan Okte, manager, said: "We have decide self isolate all our staff and keep closed for the safety of customers and staff, after a member of staff tested positive.

"We will be back on Thursday."
