Uppingham Feast Day returns on Sunday 16 June 2019




A Mexican fiesta of fun will bring the streets to life when Uppingham Feast Day returns.

Sunday, June 16 is the date for your diary if you don’t want to miss out on the array of free family entertainment.

The event starts at midday with a speech from mayor Dave Caswell and entertainment from the Chater Community Choir and singers from Uppingham Primary School and Leighfield Primary School.

There will be music throughout the day ending with headline act The Real Monsters from 7.30pm until 9pm.

Children’s entertainment includes face painting, crafts, a penalty shoot out, stilt walkers, a Punch and Judy show and animals from Rutland Farm Park.

The event will also feature food and drink stalls in the town centre.

It runs from midday until 9pm.
