UPDATE: A1 cleared after lorry hits central reservation

The A1 is now clear after a lorry collided with the central reservation on the A1 north of Grantham this morning, Monday July 20.

Police were called to the A1 at Claypole just after 7.50am and one lane of the southbound carriageway was been closed for much of the day while the vehicle was recovered.

The driver, who was treated at the scene, is not believed to be seriously injured
