The Olive Branch in Clipsham named in Estrella Damm Top 50 Gastropubs Awards

A pub is moving from strength to strength as it is named in a list of the country's top gastropubs.

The Olive Branch in Clipsham has a number of accolades behind it already, as well as being forced to overcome tough challenges.

It has now been named in the Estrella Damm Top 50 Gastropubs Awards list.

The kitchen has been led by head chef Luke Holland since 2020 who cooks using homegrown and local produce.

In recent years the pub has won a number of awards and recognised in prestigious lists.

Many of these were judged while the business was operating from a portable cabin after the kitchen was destroyed by a fire.

The Estrella Damm awards are created by collecting votes from industry professionals.
