Many water features in the Garden of Surprises at Burghley House near Stamford will no longer allow for interactive play

Children will no longer be able to play in many of the water features at a tourist attraction near Stamford.

Burghley House announced on its website yesterday (June 3) that many of the fountains and water features in the Garden of Surprises have recently been redesigned and will no longer allow for interactive play.

The variety of water features within the garden have been a popular aspect of the attraction for some time, as they allowed children and adults to play in them.
