What fireworks events are taking place on bonfire night in Stamford, Rutland, Bourne and the Deepings
People will be going 'ooh' and 'aah' across the area as fireworks events are set to go off with a bang.
Stamford Kiwanis will be hosting its event on Saturday, November 5 at Stamford Welland Academy in Green Lane.
The evening will start at 5pm and offers free car parking but visitors are also encouraged to walk if possible, with pedestrians getting priority to leave the site after the fireworks have finished.
Hot food and mulled wine will keep people warm and there will be children's entertainment.
A bonfire and fireworks display will be taking place. Entry is £6 for adults and £3 for children aged between three and 15 with proceeds going to good causes.
Sparklers are not allowed.
Bourne's Firework Spectacular will take place at the Manning Road Playing Field on Saturday, November 5, with gates opening at 4pm.
The children's display starts at 5.15pm, while the main display gets underway at 6.30pm.
Also on Saturday, November 5, Rutland Lions will hold its annual display at Rutland Showground. As usual there will be two displays, the first at 6.15pm will be a quieter display for children, the second at 7pm full of spectacular skies and a little louder.
Gates will open at 4.45pm and there will be free rides for children and the rugby club bar and Hoggy’s Grill for the usual burgers and hotdogs.
Tickets are now available online with significant savings to be made. Available are single tickets and tickets for families of two, four and five, tickets on the night via cash or card will be £10 for everyone over five years of age.
The firework display is Rutland Lions main annual fundraiser, and this year proceeds will go to Rutland Foodbank, providing respite activities for young carers in Rutland, and Rainbows Children’s Hospice in Loughborough.
Organisers said: "If you’re uncertain as to whether you can attend on the night, buying tickets online now will act as a donation toward the three very worthy causes, and if you can make it, even better, it’s a win/win."
Disabled parking only will be available at the Showground, other public parking will be available at Lands’ End car park in Lands’ End Way.
On Sunday, November 6, Baston Firework Extravaganza will be held at Baston Playing Field. Gates open for the fun fair at 3pm, the children's display is at 5.30pm and the spectacular main display, which is choreographed to music, is at 7pm.
Tickets are only available in advance from the Post Office and Village Store in Baston at a discounted price until Thursday, November 3. Tickets, if available, are sold at a higher price until the event but no tickets are sold on the gate.
