Care home staff at Tallington Lodge and Rose Lodge in Market Deeping are praised by Country Court bosses for their dedication during lockdown




Care home staff were treated to gifts from their bosses to recognise their efforts during the coronavirus pandemic.

Workers at Tallington Lodge Care Home and Rose Lodge Care Home in Market Deeping each received a hamper of prosecco, chocolate, sweets, biscuits and hand cream.

It follows the care packages they received at the start of lockdown with essential food and drink items.

Chief executive of Country Court Alykhan Kachra said: “Our staff have been amazing throughout this pandemic, putting our residents before themselves and their own families.

"Many have worked long hours and extra shifts. We felt they deserved a treat and this would be a great way to say thank you and to acknowledge the sacrifices that people continue to make.”

Manager Manju Panankavil said: “The pandemic has been challenging for everyone but we are very proud of all our staff and their hard work to keep everyone safe.”
