Arts for Rutland launch Open Youth Arts Exhibition for 2021




Young creative types are being invited to display their work in an upcoming countywide exhibition.

Arts for Rutland is looking for images of work produced by young artists aged 11 to 18 for their Open Youth Arts Exhibition.

It is being held from Friday, April 9 on the A4R.org.uk website, and this year’s theme is ‘Open the Door’.

It will be judged by sculptor Mo Gardner, photographic artist Mike Moralee and artist/designer Hilary Solamon.

Prizes will be up for grabs in all age categories from 11-13 years, 14-16 years, and 17-18 years.

The closing date to submit entries is Friday, March 19, and the terms and conditions, and information on how to enter is available on the website at www.A4R.org.uk/rutland-open-youth

Arts for Rutland is also planning a further project to work with 14 to 21-year-olds in the county during 2021.
