Your chance to ask Harry Potter and Star Wars actor Warwick Davis a question for Burghley House event

Harry Potter and Star Wars fans are being offered the chance to ask a Hogwarts Professor - or indeed a Star Wars ewok – their very own question.

Popular British actor Warwick Davis will be at Burghley House this summer for an exclusive Q&A session as part of a day of Harry Potter movies, which will launch the 2016 Film Festival at the historic Lincolnshire house.

Fans can send in their questions beforehand, with a selection being answered by the actor on the day.

Warwick will be at Burghley House for the Q&A session between 10.30am and 11am on Wednesday, July 27, on a special stage set-up at the festival site against the spectacular backdrop of the Tudor house.

The session will be beamed live on to the Big Screen, so everyone in the crowd will be able to see and hear.

Warwick said: “I can’t wait to be at Burghley for this terrific day of Harry Potter in such a spectacular outdoor setting and I’m really looking forward to chatting with fans, so come along with plenty of questions.”

Five days and nights of films begins with a daytime double bill of ‘The Philospher’s Stone’ and ‘Prisoner of Azkaban’ while the separate evening screening features ‘The Deathly Hallows’ Part 1 and Part 2.

The 2016 Burghley Film Festival features some of the biggest hits of the last year, including a nightime screening of ‘Star Wars: The Force Awakens’, along with daytime sessions of children’s favourites and Disney classics, such as ‘Snow White and the Seven Dwarfs’ and ‘Peter Pan’.

Early bird tickets are available until July 26, priced at £12 adults and £7 children. During the Festival itself tickets will cost £14 and £8. Parking is free.
