Manager Johnny Alflatt has left Deeping Rangers

Deeping Rangers have parted company with manager Johnny Alflatt.

Alflatt took the Clarets helm towards the end of last season following the departures of Deeping's joint management team of Luke Hipwell and Scott Bogusz.

However, they have yet to register a United Counties League Premier Division North victory so far this term despite making progress in the FA Vase.

A club statement said: "Deeping Rangers Football Club can confirm that, following a meeting on Tuesday, first team manager Johnny Alflatt has left the club.

"We thank Johnny for his dedication and contributions since taking on the role last season. The club wishes him every success in his future endeavors."

Deeping - who went down to a 3-0 away loss at Boston Town on Monday - face another Lincolnshire derby on Saturday as they visit Sleaford Town.
