Club rivals move into second spot
Blackstones C’s 8-2 win over potential Division One title contenders Oakham A has increased their lead at the top of the Stamford & District Bowls League to 15 points.
They are above club rivals Blackstones D who moved into second place above Langtoft Pearl after their 8-2 defeat of Market Deeping Regals.
The surprise result in the top division was that of newcomers Bourne Woods’ 8-2 win against Blackstones B.
