Midfielder Rob Morgan commits to Stamford AFC for another season
Manager Graham Drury believes the re-signing of midfield maestro Rob Morgan typifies the attitudes of his players at the club.
Morgan has turned down a 'massive offer' from elsewhere to stay for a fourth successive season at the Zeeco Stadium.
The fans' favourite first joined the club in 2017 and was an integral part of the side which reached the play-offs that season, scoring the goal in their final defeat against Bedworth United.
Despite departing briefly for a spell at higher level Barwell midway through the next term, Morgan returned to the Daniels and has been a big part of manager Graham Drury's plans.
And the Daniels boss was thrilled to complete a hat-trick of signatures following the recent re-signings of Cosmos Matwasa and Tendai Chitiza.
Drury said: "Rob's signing shows what kind of lads we have at our fantastic football club.
"He has turned down a massive offer to stay with us and it just shows what I have always known about him that he's as honest as the day is long.
"For me Rob is another big coup for the club as I believe he can play higher but he only has one focus and that is to help take this club to a higher level.
"These are the kind of lads you want at a club. They are not here for the money but for success.
"Rob is another lad who I have full trust in and it was a no-brainer to get him to commit.
"He scores goals and, with his driving runs, he's a force to stop when in full flow.
"I am so chuffed to add the third player and what another top signing it is to have back on board."
