Virtual Easter egg hunt planned around Oakham

A virtual Easter egg hunt will offer the chance to win chocolate treats.

The Lions Club of Rutland will host the event across three days this week.

Everyone who takes part will receive a creme egg or piece of fruit before they set off with the promise of an additional treat once they return with their answer sheet.

The event takes place from Wednesday, April 9 until Friday, April 11 between 10am and 3.30pm starting at Oakham Library.

Entrants will need to register their name and phone number with the Rutland Lions. They can then either be added to a WhatsApp contact list to receive photos of the virtual eggs and to answer 20 questions, or take photos on their phone and fill in the answers on paper.
