South Holland Centre will be bringing a magical Christmas this year with their new pantomime on the way
Classic fairytale Cinderella will be sprinkling some magic on the South Holland Centre stage this Christmas.
A perfect festive family treat, it promises laughter, magic and audience participation along with some spectacular surprises.
The well-loved story of Cinderella was voted the nation’s favourite pantomime in a national poll in 2021.
Polka Dot Pantomimes is currently preparing for the Spalding show with lots of planning in the run up for the first performance.
Audience members can enjoy some stunning costumes, great music, a heart warming rags to riches story and fantastic interactions with the cast.
The cast will take on an intense ten days of rehearsals before the first show date on December 9, with performance running until December 30 2022.
Polka Dot’s Darren Maddison said: “We’d love everyone to come along and support such a great community event.”
He added: “It has been difficult after Covid but we are fortunate to work with the South Holland Centre and district council, who have both been very supportive.”
Covid sadly put a stop to the pantomime in 2020 and audiences were still cautious last Christmas.
Polka Dot is excited to bring the festive tradition to the town again this year.
By popular demand Dan Shorrock will be back to play buttons and will be joined by Daisy King-Sanders as Cinderella.
Prince Charming will be played by Zane Heath and Fairy Flustered will be played by Jenni Walker.
Ticket prices for adults are £16, concessions are £15, family tickets are £14.50 per person and schoolchildren can get in for £8.50.
