Rock band Embrace are heading to Nottingham’s Rock City on Saturday (September 3) in support of their latest album.

The quintet from West Yorkshire exploded on to a post-Britpop music scene in 1998 with the release of their debut album, The Good Will Out, which became one of the fastest selling debut albums by any British artist at the time.

It went on to sell more than a million copies.

Since then Embrace have scored three more number one albums and six top-ten singles, including World At Your Feet, Nature’s Law, Gravity, and My Weakness Is None Of Your Business.

The band’s last studio album, Love Is A Basic Need, reached number five in the UK charts in 2018 and saw the band celebrate their 21st anniversary with some of the biggest headline shows of their career.

They are supported in Nottingham by Lottery Winners.

Also at Rock City this week are Mini Trees tomorrow (September 2) and The Cadillac Three on Monday.
